This page explains what this website collects about you, why, for how long, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be scrolled past.
GetAIDashboard is operated by Copenhagen Finance Partners ApS (CVR 45754855), Lærkevej 15, 3400 Hillerød, Denmark, which is the data controller for this website. For anything in this policy, write to info@getaidashboard.com.
The brief form. When you send us a brief, we receive what you typed: the areas and numbers you want a dashboard for, where your data lives, your website address and any layout notes, whether you want a demo or a subscription, your company name and your work email. We use it for one purpose: to reply to you and build the dashboard you asked for. The legal basis is that you asked us to (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before a contract).
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept for a short period and are not used to profile anyone.
Where you came from. If you arrived from an advert or another site, the brief records that (for example "linkedin / esg") so we know which of our adverts work. It is kept in your browser only until you close the tab, and it is not a cookie.
Nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, no newsletter list. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

We never sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to info@getaidashboard.com and we will answer within a month, usually much sooner. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
If this policy changes, the version and date at the top change with it, and material changes are announced on the main page.
