A dashboard for whatever you actually measure.

Tell us what matters in your business and we build you a working dashboard for it — cash and runway, machine downtime, staff turnover, pipeline, campaign return. We build with AI rather than by the hour, so it takes days instead of months and costs a fraction of an agency. The first one is free, branded to your company, and you do not have to send us any data to get it.

No card, no signup, no obligation. Once you want it running on your own data: from DKK 995/month per company plus a one-off setup fee from DKK 4.995. Monthly AI commentary is an optional add-on.

Launch offer: 100% free custom demo — no credit card — and 30% off your first dashboard for the first three months, if you subscribe within 30 days of the demo. Until 31 October 2026.

GetAIDashboard is a Danish company, based in Copenhagen. Your data stays in the EU.

Examples, not products

Twelve examples to point at. Yours is built from scratch around what you measure.

Nothing on this page is sold as it stands. These are worked examples in the visual language each field actually uses — variance tables and waterfalls for finance, gauges for a factory floor, funnels for sales — so you can say "like that, but for us." Every figure is example data from a fictional company; the grey-and-amber styling is ours, not yours. The dashboard you get carries your name, your KPIs, your systems and your colours.

What it costs

The monthly price follows the size of your company, because that is what decides how many accounts, entities and questions a dashboard has to survive. Every tier is a fixed figure in writing before anything is built; we do not bill by the hour.

from 995 DKK/mo+ setup from DKK 4.995
Up to 25 people
from 995 DKK/mo
setup from 4.995

One or two dashboards on one system or a CSV. The Excel-replacement.

25–100 people
from 2.495 DKK/mo
setup from 12.500

Two or three dashboards on one or two systems, more than one entity.

100–500 people
from 7.995 DKK/mo
setup from 35.000

The dashboards your internal team has not had time for. Less than your BI licence bill.

Group, own environment
from 15.000 DKK/mo
setup quoted

Several entities, Azure or your own environment, your security review.

Inside every tier: EU hosting, monitoring, maintenance and the connection to your system. Adds to the monthly: each further dashboard from DKK 395, each further system from 495, monthly AI commentary from 495. Setup covers the build — connecting, mapping your accounts, reconciling to your books, going live — and is quoted once you have told us what to connect. Paying annually takes two months off. Launch offer until 31 October 2026: 30% off the monthly fee for the first three months of your first dashboard, if you subscribe within 30 days of your free demo. For scale: an in-house BI developer costs a Danish company around DKK 100.000 a month all-in, and a consultancy’s first dashboard project rarely comes in under 100.000.

How the free one works

Three steps, and you can skip the data entirely.

Every dashboard we build is shaped around one business, so we start by asking what you measure rather than selling you what we happen to have.

STEP 1

Tell us what matters

Pick the area — finance, operations, people, sales, anything — and list the numbers you want to see. Paste your website too: we take your logo and colours from it, so the demo looks like it already belongs to you.

~4 minutes
STEP 2

Choose your data, or don't

Share real data, share an anonymised extract, or share nothing at all and let us populate it with realistic demo figures. Most people pick the last one first.

Your call
STEP 3

We build it and send it back

A working dashboard on your KPIs, not a mockup. Keep it, share it, argue with it. If you want it running on live data, that is when we talk about a subscription.

1–3 working days once we have what we need
Start here

Tell us what you want to see.

Two fields to start — what you want to see, and where to send it. Everything else is optional and can wait for the reply.

What happens next
  • We read it properly — a person, not an autoresponder.
  • If anything is unclear we ask one round of questions by email.
  • We build the dashboard and send it back within a few working days.
  • If it is useful and you want it live on your own systems, we quote a fixed monthly price.
  • If it is not useful, you have lost a minute and nothing else.
Tap one to start, then change the words if you like. Plain language is fine.
We use this to build your dashboard and nothing else. No newsletter, no reselling, no follow-up sequence. Privacy policy.
Door three

When the data genuinely cannot leave.

Banks, funds, healthcare, public sector. If that is you, hosting is not a preference — it is a condition of doing business at all. So we deploy into your environment instead.

  • The dashboard runs on your infrastructure. No company data reaches us at any point.
  • We scope the integration with your team and fix the price before we start — no hourly drift.
  • Twelve months of updates and support are included, and renewable after that.
  • Priced per deployment, because no two of these are the same shape. There is deliberately no checkout button.
  • Not urgent? Subscribe first and buy the dashboard out later at twelve times the monthly fee — see who owns what.
How this starts

A conversation, not a cart.

Tell us which dashboards you need, which system holds the data, and what your security team requires. We come back with a fixed scope and a fixed price, usually within a week.

Most companies who ask about this end up subscribing instead, and we will tell you if that is you.

Send us a brief
Who owns what

Your data is yours. The dashboard is ours — until you buy it.

Three sentences we would rather you read now than discover later.

YOUR DATA

Always yours

It lives in your systems; we read it, we never own it. Cancel and you get a full export of everything we hold — every dataset, every generated report — within five working days, and then we delete our copy.

No lock-in on data, ever
THE DASHBOARD

Ours while you subscribe

That is what the monthly fee buys: we host it, keep the connections alive, fix what breaks and improve it over time. Cancel any time — the dashboard stops, your data does not.

Month to month, or annual for two months off
THE BUY-OUT

Yours whenever you want it

At any point, buy your dashboard out for twelve times the monthly fee. You get the source, the configuration and a handover; from then on you host and maintain it, and our liability ends. Need a hand later? Integration or maintenance at our hourly rate, no subscription required.

12 × monthly fee, one-off
Security & data

Specific, because "bank-grade security" means nothing.

This is how every dashboard we run is built. Ask us for the data processing agreement and the sub-processor list before you buy — not after.

Hosted in the EU

Dashboards and their data run on servers in the EU (Amsterdam). Nothing is stored outside the EU. Microsoft Azure hosting, or your own environment, on request.

Read-only, revocable

We request read scopes and nothing else, so there is no path by which we could write to your systems. You can revoke access at any moment from your side.

Only what the dashboard shows

We pull the fields a dashboard needs and no more. Headcount, not the employee register. Never CPR numbers. Pay data only if the dashboard is about pay.

One client, one vault

Each client has its own isolated data store and its own credentials. Secrets live in a vault — never in code, never in logs.

Encrypted end to end

TLS on every connection, encryption at rest, two-factor authentication on every account that can touch client data.

Aggregates only to the AI

The optional commentary receives figures, never names or records. Nothing you share is ever used to train any model — ours or anyone else's.

Deletion you can count on

Cancel and you get a full export within five working days. Then we delete our copy, and we confirm it in writing.

If something goes wrong

Tested backups, a written incident plan, and notification to you and Datatilsynet within 72 hours of a confirmed breach — as the law requires, and as we would want.

We are a data processor under GDPR; you remain the controller. Our data processing agreement follows Datatilsynet's standard template. Privacy policy for this website.

Connects to

Whatever your numbers already live in.

Read-only wherever the system allows it, and revocable from your side at any time. Data is processed and stored inside the EU, and a signed DPA is available before you commit to anything. If your system is not listed, a spreadsheet export works perfectly well.

Questions people ask first

The honest answers.

Is the free demo really free, and what is the catch?
Really free, and there is no card involved. The catch, such as it is: it is one dashboard covering a handful of KPIs, branded to your company, and it is a demo rather than a live feed — it will not refresh itself. We do it because a dashboard is impossible to judge from a screenshot, and because building yours tells us whether we can actually help you.
Can the demo look like our company?
Yes, and we would rather it did — a dashboard in someone else's colours is hard to judge. Paste your website in the brief and we take the logo and colours from it; add an old report or a screenshot if your team is used to a particular layout. The demo comes back with your name in the header and your palette on the charts, and the paid version keeps all of it.
Can we take the dashboard in-house later?
Yes, at any point, for twelve times your monthly fee. You get the source code of your dashboard, its configuration, a full data export and a handover session; you host and maintain it yourself from then on, and our responsibility for it ends. If you want help afterwards — a new integration, a fix, a change — we do it at our hourly rate, with no subscription. Many companies start with the subscription precisely because the buy-out is there.
Who owns what, exactly?
Your data: you, always. The dashboard: us while you subscribe — that is what hosting, maintenance and improvements are paid for. After a buy-out: you hold a perpetual licence to your dashboard and everything specific to your company in it. The shared building blocks we use to build every dashboard stay ours, so we can keep building for others; nothing in that limits what you can do with yours.
Can I just buy a dashboard off the shelf?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Two companies in the same industry rarely measure the same things or hold their data the same way, so a standard dashboard would fit neither of them properly. The seven above exist so you can point at something close and say "like that, but for us" — that is the fastest way to a good brief, and it is where every build starts.
Do I have to send you our data?
Not for the demo. The default option is that we populate it with realistic invented figures for a business your size, so you can see the shape and the logic without a single file leaving your building. Plenty of people go all the way through the demo that way and only share data when they decide to run it live.
Is this only for financial numbers?
No. Finance is where we started and it is still the most requested, but production downtime, staff turnover, absence, pipeline coverage, campaign return, project margin and ESG reporting are all the same problem wearing different clothes: numbers trapped in a system nobody enjoys opening. If you can tell us where it lives, we can usually draw it.
What does the AI actually do?
Two things, and you only pay for the second if you want it. First, it builds the dashboard: the mapping, the charts, the connections — the work an agency bills by the hour. That is why it takes days and costs what it costs, and it is included. Second, as an optional add-on, it writes the monthly commentary you see on each example above: what moved, why, and what to do about it, with every figure traceable back to the source. Without the add-on you get the dashboard and nothing else, which for many companies is exactly right.
Can you also help us understand the numbers, or build a budget?
That is a different service, and we would rather say so plainly than blur the two. GetAIDashboard is the dashboard. If you want a person to read it with you — monthly analysis, budgeting and forecasting, an FP&A hand for a few days a month — say so in the brief and we will introduce you to finance people we trust. No obligation either way.
What does it actually cost once it is live?
From DKK 995 a month per company, plus a one-off setup fee from DKK 4.995 that covers the build. The tiers above show the starting point by company size; within a tier the monthly figure moves with how many dashboards you want and how many systems we connect, and the setup fee with how much shaping your data needs. It is never more than a few months of subscription. Until 31 October 2026 there is a launch offer: 30% off the monthly fee for the first three months of your first dashboard, if you subscribe within 30 days of your free demo. Standard EU hosting is included; if your policy requires Microsoft Azure or your own environment, that is priced in the quote. Monthly AI commentary is an optional add-on from DKK 495 a month. You will have every figure in writing before anything is built, it does not move without you agreeing to it, and paying annually takes two months off.
Can it write anything back into our systems?
No. We ask for read access and nothing else, so there is no path by which we could change a record even if we wanted to. You can revoke it whenever you like and the dashboard simply stops updating.
Can I get it in Danish?
The dashboards are English by default. Written commentary can be delivered in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian — say so in the brief and it costs nothing extra.
